Plastic Gearbox Motor For Toy

The toy DC motor in the picture is very small, about the size of a dime, with two battery leads. If the battery lead of the motor is connected to the battery, the shaft will rotate. If you reverse the leader, it will rotate in the opposite direction.
The nylon end cap is fixed in place by two pull rings. Inside the end cover, when the motor rotates, the electric brush of the motor transmits electric energy from the battery to the commutator. (Modern DC motors are usually brushless because brushes wear out and need to be replaced.)
The shaft fixes the rotor and commutator. A rotor is a group of electromagnets, in this case, three. The armature in the motor is a group of stacked thin metal plates, and thin copper wires are wound in the three poles of the rotor. Both ends of each wire (one per pole) are connected to a terminal, and then each of the three terminals is connected to a board of the commutator.
The last part of any DC motor is the stator. This motor is composed of the can body itself plus two curved permanent magnets. In a DC motor, the armature is the rotor and the magnetic field is the stator.

How does the toy motor work?

A very small motor has two small permanent magnets, a commutator, two brushes, three magnetic poles, and an electromagnet wound with metal wires. It works in the same way as the larger version, but on a much smaller scale.

Additionally, there will be about extra 2-3 days for the delivery time, and the shipping cost is not for free too.

• A: Yes, the motor's parameter can be customized. We can modify the motor's working voltage, rated speed, torque, etc, and the motor's shaft dimension can be modified too. We are pleased to make that modification, the more details you provide, the more fluent our cooperation will be.

• Q: What parameter should I provide before the sample making? 
• A: Good question. Normally we need to know the Nominal Voltage, Free-load Speed, On-load Torque, On-load Speed, Rotation Direction, Shaft Diameter, and Length. If there is another special requirement, please let us know in advance, such as working current limits, EMC limits, noise limits, expected lifetime, and shaft process(D-shape, multi-knurls, mounting holes, etc).

• Q: Sometimes I don't know the exact required parameter, how should I choose a suitable model?
• A: We can make some suggestions as long as you provide your specific requirement. We need to know what kind of product will be this model used for? And what does the working condition look like (duty cycles and load status)?  And how long the motor's expected lifetime ? etc. Then we can make a full assessment according to that.

• Q: Is there any Testing Report or Motor Specification when I get the sample?
• A: Yes, we can provide the Testing Report and Specification after the sample is ready. We will send a PDF file to you. By the way, Motor Specification will be available 3-5days later after the sample is ready.
